Olympia Looping: The largest mobile roller coaster in the world
As the name suggests, the design of the roller coaster is reminiscent of the five Olympic rings. That's why the Barth family's ride is also called "Fünfer Looping" by Oktoberfest connoisseurs. The huge construction weighs 900 tons, and during the ride up to 5.2 G act on your body, i.e. many times your own body weight.
The cars can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h on the track, so it is not surprising that a lap in the Olympia Looping takes only 2:20 minutes. The good thing about the short ride time is that up to 3,000 visitors per hour can have fun on the fast-paced roller coaster, so you usually never have to queue for long.
