What to expect in the hip student district
In addition to numerous cafés and bars, the district also impresses with historic buildings and, of course, the English Garden:

More than 50,000 students from a wide range of disciplines are enrolled at LMU, spread across many old buildings, some of which are beautiful.
In the main building, students study among impressive architecture: the magnificent entrance hall, the large auditorium and the White Rose Memorial also attract tourists.
Of course, relaxation and leisure are not to be missed: Restaurants, bars and cafés fill the streets.

Shopping and strolling: What's on offer
Numerous bookstores invite you to read and some hip second-hand stores as well as trendy vintage stores invite you to shop. Whether by subway, bicycle or on foot: restaurants and cafés are all within easy reach.
The TUM roof terrace in the Vorhoelzer Forum is the perfect place to end the day with a drink. Or you can simply drift off into the evening hustle and bustle of the adjacent Schwabing district.
